We sell the operation, not seats

You name the result. We staff the decision trail to get there. No per-user SaaS meter.

We do not sell seats. We sell a scoped operation: a result, a trail, and the software that produces the shortlist. Both sides know what “done” looks like before work starts.

The model

Our engagement model is operation-based end to end.

  • Operation definition

We agree with you on a concrete, measurable operation (e.g. risk surface reduction, decision latency, anomaly detection coverage). The operation is the contract - not feature lists or usage tiers.

  • Scope and boundaries

Scope is defined around the operation: data sources, domains, timelines, and success criteria. What is in and out of scope is documented upfront so there is no scope creep by default.

  • Delivery and measurement

We deploy the cognitive layer and decision infrastructure needed to achieve the operation. Progress and success are measured against the agreed criteria, with transparent reporting and review cadence.

  • No software lock-in

You are not buying a perpetual SaaS license. You are buying an operation. When the operation is achieved (or at agreed milestones), the relationship is re-evaluated on the next operation, not on renewing a subscription.

Engagement rules

Clear scope

Operation, data perimeter, and success metrics are defined and signed off before work begins. Changes to scope are agreed in writing.

Sovereign data

Your data stays in your perimeter. We do not exfiltrate raw data. Intelligence is computed at the edge or under your control; only what is necessary for coordination leaves the perimeter, under contract.

Mutual commitments

We commit to delivery against the operation; you commit to access, governance, and feedback as defined in the engagement. Both sides have clear obligations and exit conditions.

Transparent review

Regular reviews against the operation and metrics. No black boxes. If we are off track, we say so and adjust. If the operation is achieved, we document it and discuss the next one.

Name the operation. We will say if we can take it, and on what terms.
