These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and enterprise clients.

Talorik provides cognitive intelligence infrastructure and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

Service availability and features may vary by deployment model (on-premise, SaaS, hybrid).

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security

• Compliance with applicable laws

• Proper use of services

• Data backup and recovery

• Obtaining necessary licenses and permissions

All intellectual property rights in Talorik OS and related services remain the property of Talorik.

Users are granted a license to use services according to their subscription or agreement terms.

Custom models and configurations developed for specific customers remain customer property.

Talorik provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding a claim.
